Before we kick off the design process, Noxtton team dives deep into the target market insights in order to identify potential competitors, user flows and pain/gain points for every significant touchpoint.

This is the step where we involve Noxtton’s product owners and experience managers to throw every data we’ve collected on the wall. Collaboratively, we are creating user stories and information architecture, which gives us a base to form a navigation structure from a high-level view.

Once the Information Architecture is detailed out, we have a fair understanding of how to compose a screen. We start to create prototypes incorporating navigation, content, and action for each user requirement. This activity helps us in getting early feedback from our stakeholders, quickly rectifying inaccuracies and iterating to reduce rework at later stages.

Culminating stage involves setting up the colour palette, typography, the call-to-action buttons, notifications, icons and every other component and state of a user interface. We draft a customised UI guide-sheet that helps engineers to work independently, which In turn, reduces frequent follow-ups with designers and streamlines the process.
