Noxtton’s PO team starts to craft the project plan, selects the most suitable project management methodology and kicks off the backlog building process. Backlog incorporates project roadmap, requirements, deliverables and acceptance criterias for particular functional assets.

Engineers start the coding process, following our high-quality standards and established processes. In order to fully engage with clients' organisational requirements, all Noxtton engineered platforms are developed from the scratch and most of the platforms run through our own CMS platform.

Initial launch goes through the internal testing platforms, where we enable stakeholders to invite internal and external testers to holistically test, evaluate, upgrade app functionalities and features and to collect valuable feedback before releasing it to the public.

Prior to the platform deployment, we conduct a sequence of rigorous, meticulous, and repeated tests to prove the elimination of critical bugs. The quality assurance team tests for functionality, usability, compatibility and performance.

There is still more to be done after deploying an app. Our team monitors your application and sets up the performance alert to identify the glitches and resolve them quickly to improve the user experience. Noxtton engineers also apply different development techniques to minimise the chance of portability failure and thus enhance your app’s holistic reliability.
