Noxtton’s PO team starts to craft the project plan, selects the most suitable project management methodology and kicks off the backlog building process. Backlog incorporates project roadmap, requirements, deliverables and acceptance criterias for particular functional assets.

Mission is to keep the backlog healthy by reviewing the backlog before each iteration and to ensure prioritisation is accurate, the feedback from the last iteration has been incorporated and any gap for improvement has been utilised.

Engineers start the coding process, following our high-quality standards and established processes. In order to fully engage with clients' organisational requirements, all Noxtton engineered platforms are developed from the scratch and most of the platforms run through our own CMS platform.

QA and Polishing is important because it solidifies the experience for users accessing the platform website in different ways and anticipates any challenges they might encounter, including but not limited to bugs, design alterations, or minor functional deviations.

Prior to the platform deployment, we conduct a sequence of rigorous, meticulous, and repeated tests to prove the elimination of critical bugs. The quality assurance team tests for functionality, usability, compatibility and performance.

There is still more to be done after deploying a platform. Noxtton is offering a warranted uptime with addition of the systematic upgrades and patches. Monthly analytics reports will also be generated and dispatched to the designated email group.
